Hi everyone,
I’m from ldrboard.com, we are working on a customizable leaderboard system for game developers and moderators. We’ve been at it for some time now, and I’m hoping to get some input on our product so far. Any feedback helps, from likes/dislikes, suggestions, criticism, etc. Our main goal is to provide the best user experience for game devs, mods, and players with creating and managing leaderboards.
About us
Our aim is to provide a fully-fledged leaderboard that is easily integrated with any video game a developer designs, as well as full insight on their player base with game data & statistics. We also want to give moderators a better experience with managing and sorting through high volumes of entries. ldrboard is hosted on a public domain and also supports in-game leaderboards. Here are some of the features that we have in better detail:
Full Leaderboard Customization and Game Statistics
- Users can set up their leaderboards exactly how they like it, using their own CSS for designing or selecting from several templates at their disposal.
- multiple modes for different leaderboard types based on their game
- manage their existing users easily from the admin page
- Profanity filter on usernames
- Qr code support for arcade machines
- supports up to 64 unique columns that you can filter and rank from any of them.
Code Generator
- Supports most game engines, including Unity.
- Automatically generates code needed to write and read to and from the leaderboard. This helps game developers with integrating their leaderboard into their game in seconds.
Discord Bot
- Discord integration for simple leaderboard tasks.
- With slash commands you can list out the top entries for any registered game, as well as update the leaderboard with new entries (requires entry approval) without having to access the ldrboard site
Moderator Support
-
Approval rating system to help moderators with handling many submissions from their gaming communities.
-
From the admin page they can add and manage media-supported entries and easily approve entries with the click of a button, which will automatically add or hide the entry from the leaderboard.
Let us know what you think so far. Is there anything you find helpful with the current setup? Would you add a new feature to better help your user experience? Thanks for your time and feedback, it’s greatly appreciated! Click here to join the Discord as well
