hello all, I am new in unity, dont know where to start, there are lots of good tutorials but outdated, I want to ask people here for good books in unity 3d or course to take? I currently subsribed in lynda and pluralsight, I am asking for, suggestions, will be much appreciated.

When there was a sale I have bought both of these books, which contain useful example projects, especially the latter I’d recommend:

It doesn’t teach programming from scratch though; you should start with some basic programming tutorials elsewhere.
Lynda.com might be all you need for starting out, I checked out a little of it when I got my LinkedIn Premium trial. Have you watched any of the videos yet? Some say those video-tutorial pay-sites are a rip off, but I find the videos top notch.
