Learning Unity: "Essentials" missing?

I am just learning Unity, and it recommended that I do the “GUI Essentials” and “Scripting Essentials” tutorials. Both of the links are to local files in a “documentation/tutorials” folder that does not exist in my Unity install on my computer.

Where can I find these?
