When landing on a page in legacy documentation, a banner appears at the top:
Legacy Documentation: Version x.x (Go to current version)

The “current version” link doesn’t go to the current version, it just dumps me on the front page. I encounter legacy links from Google often enough that this hampers my usage of the docs, which is why I’m here. Running a simple dynamic url generator to swap out the version number is all it would take to correct this unwanted behaviour.

Hi! Yes! This is a pain to us too. We’re researching how to best do it for existing and future pages. I can’t give a concise answer as to when. Just… yeah. We know it’s bad. And we’re annoyed by it as well. Working on it. :slight_smile:
