Legal Question - Utilizing car models in my game (with or without brands)

I need to utilize some car models in my game but what is the situation regarding legal issues? Can I use well known models from car manufacturers? If I keep the car design but just remove their logo is that ok?

I am asking because otherwise you will have to design a full car (not to mention modeling it later).

I think you will have problem if you will use their car design without their agreement. try only to inspire when design but not copy
