Legalities around YouTube and free software?

Hey guys, am I able to film my work in programs such as Unity, GIMP, Krita and Blender and put it on YouTube? am I able to monetise my videos? please correct me if I am wrong but I want to share my hobby projects with viewers if possible, I’m just not sure if I need written permission from these companies or of it is ok or not. Can someone fill me in please as I try to do everything above board and don’t want to get in trouble.

Read their EULA and/or license. GIMP, Krita and Blender are free software, you do whatever you like with the product you made with them.
Unity is free with some income limits, depending on your situation (personal or company, etc), but you can use the end product however you see fit if you used Unity legally.

With unity you need to read EULA.

With Krita/GIMP/Blender the answer is Yes.

Yes, you just can. You do not need to read the EULA to put videos about/using Unity on Youtube. This is just a thing you can do.

Hmm, you may need to read it after all to make sure. Assuming you are a YTer earning more than 100k and many of your videos do not just talk about Unity but actively use Unity by showing it in tutorials etc. well, then you do “use Unity” for that income and thus may be required to get the Pro version.
Of course it should not hurt you too much at that point.

However while you are a small indie or hobbyist, about anything goes, yes.

Plus. You need Plus if you exceed $100k. You only need Pro if you exceed $200k.
