LHGS Lighting System for Unity Indie

LHGS Skylight works together with Unity3d lights!

Hi all,
I am 3D graphics freelancer and js programmer.
I make this for unity indie version.

Available in asset store!

Increase the visual quality of your game!
This tool brings great lighting effects to users of the free version of Unity! Simple to use, one click solution or more settings if you need. Several examples of parameter settings are included, along with an example scene for testing.

LHGS vs classic Unity Free lighting

You can use LHGS on standalone, Android, IOS, Flash and other builds. LHGS works only with forward rendering.
It includes my skill from professional production (About ligting systems without GI)
Thanks for your support!

LHGS used in minigolf game

What happen with Pro users? Have we any benefit of using LHGS instead of SSAO post effect?
What about LHGS performance?
Thanks

I’ve got a “fata error null” red box for the demo.

Is it realtime or prerender ?

Is it in C# ?

Error with chrome web browser (it work in firefox)

If you have a pro version , Unity Global illumination is best for you. LHGS is especialy for Unity Indie users because Global Illumination is not available in free version of unity. LHGS is not realtime , it is baked to lightmap (as GI in unity pro version).

Interesting!
I am a pro user, but your price seems appealling for free users.

Thank You!

Would it be possible to have some example scene with nature environment (trees, grass, vegetation, etc.)?

I dont really understand what this is really. Maybe because we use Unity Pro, but isnt’ baking already supported in Unity Free? Excuse the ignorance

Yes, texture baking is in Unity free version, but not support sky light system

Hi,

Is the “Tank scene” is included in the pack?

Maybe you could enhance this to some kind of runtime lightmapper which could be used to lightmap procedural or user generated environments?
I guess baking performance has to be further improved for this use case, even more complex scenes would have to be rendered in few seconds. However what you already have here does certainly look interesting.

Tank scene is not included, but in case of your interest I can send you this scene for testing.

Does this work with all of your other lights, too? their lighting effects and shadows will be baked without any tweaks?

Example of nature with LHGS (it spent more time)

It is based on light accumulation from light sources.

Wow i must say this is pretty neat, so is this only support Skylighting not light/difuse bounce?

thank you for your support! Price is now lower(few days) because for some users of unity3D indie was high.
Now is only 30$!

Hello,

Sorry to ask it here, but I do not found a direct contact email to send.

Is it possible to you send me the Nature Scene project for rendering tests?

How can I select the scene objects I want to be baked? (i.e: if I have two houses and want to bake the lights only for the objects of one of the houses)

After baked the textures (in two or more different light conditions) is it possible to load and use a specific baked texture on realtime?

Thank you,
Etienn L.
