Library folders

Hi !

I have noticed that in the library the folder named shadercache and occlusion is growing in file number, the occlusion folder had reach over 300 000 files and i deleted it cause i found out the files in there are not important and it will rebuild to correct size when baking occlusion culling again.

But is it possible to delete or some how clean the shadercache folder to? Its growing in files number, i think its growing everytime i build my game… its close to 100 000 files now and it makes taking back ups slow.
Im using Unity 5, and after some reading if i understand correctly if you are using unity5 the folders in the library can safely be deleted?
