Can I use real car, with real logo in my game or I need to pay license for cars?

You need to contact the manufacturers if you want to use their cars and branding in your product.

Ha! Good luck with that, by the way. Car manufactures are kinda ridiculous with video games. They almost never allow the cars to be damaged or flipped, and they don’t allow them in anything that is at all controversial.
You might want to look into doing what GTA does.
