License issue

Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because the unity support email is not replying to my emails.

I have activated an educational license back in June 2020 which should expire in June 2021. last week the license was revoked for some reason and the license manager doesn’t accept it anymore

Now I am unable to use unity anymore.

your help is appreciated

this is something you need to contact unity. how can we see what the issue is with the license? but meanwhile why not use the free version?
