License Recognition Error

Hello,

I’m currently running Unity Plus on two machines, a Win10 desktop, and a macbook. Windows just had an update, and has caused a really weird error. While Unity Hub still recognizes the Plus license, the editor no longer does.

My macbook still runs plus as normal, so I’m assuming all is fine with the license itself, and thus figure that it won’t have any real impact, but figured I’d ask if anyone knew how to fix this issue anyway (since I miss dark mode). Any thoughts?

Thank you muchly!

Edit: Hmm… change in splash screen too. Slightly awkward for an already published game.

Just log into the Unity website, go to your account, click on “My Seats”, and delete the activation for your Windows machine. Then on the Windows machine activate Unity again. This can happen if Unity thinks this is a different computer, which can happen with certain hardware changes, but occasionally a Windows update triggers it unfortunately.

Sadly no luck. Hub still sees me as having Plus just fine, but Editor still doesn’t see it and has me locked in personal.
