Light baking crash

I use the latest Unity 2019 Version.

It always crash during the bake process.
I ve tried also low settings.
I use a SSD for cache and an extra SSD for GI Cache both set to use 200GB

RAM installed is 32GB… The RAM runs high and it crashed sometimes with message and sometime just crash. I use progressive CPU, because GPU give a fallback.

Any ideas, or special settings?

I have 4096x4096 Terrain, with not so many stuff on it.

It comes from overlapping UV’s, the warning come, but it is to late to cancel. :slight_smile:
