This happens only on my phone, not in the Editor. I use a normal spotlight. I haven’t tested it on Android devices with a different GPU yet.
Any idea how to fix it?

Seems like it falls back into a vertex-lit shader. What device are you using? And which shaders?

SoC: MT6582 (Mediatek)
Soc’s GPU: Mali-400 MP2
Android 5.1.1
Shaders:
Only Legacy/Diffuse
