i’m new to unity and was exporting one of my models from blender when I noticed the light leaking through the object tried everything I know of, I even searched for tutorials and other forums but didn’t find any, I’d be happy if someone could help.

I forgot to mention I don’t know if the problem is on Unity or blender, but i tried putting a plane under the object in blender and the shadows were ok.
Did you try and adjust shadow normal bias? https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/ShadowOverview.html
