Using the integrated light-mapping, I get either very dark areas which could be down to light intensity but more of a problem is these odd squares appearing, what’s wrong?

Nevermind worked it out, when I clicked shadow it said I need Unity pro, but baking it is allowed in indie whereas realtime shadows isn’t
