Light not reflecting...

Hello Friends…

I have come across something that makes me chase tail…
I have 3 rockets all set up the same way… when firing them the last one never seems to reflect off the Track’s Texture/Material… at 0:27 :

Any sort of checklist I can run?.. This one is really bizzare.

Deferred or forward rendering? If forward, how many per pixel lights are enabled in the quality settings?
