Light Probes Question

Hi, I posted this in the wrong section. I think this is the right place.

I am setting up light mapping and light probes in my scenes and I want to confirm I’m doing it properly to maximize performance on mobiles. I have baked light maps (directional) and I’ve setup light probes. I’ve also checked the “Use Light Probes” flag on my meshes / skinned mesh renderers that aren’t static.

Now how exactly should I set the lights in my scene? Should I have all lights set to Baked Only or should I have lights set to Auto? I find that if I set to Baked Only, the lights don’t affect the non-static meshes … which is weird because I thought that the purpose of light probes was to have baked lighting affect non-static objects that have the “Use Light Probes” flag. However, if I set the lights to “Auto”, it does shine on the non-static objects. So should I set the lights that I want to affect non-static objects to “Auto” rather than “Baked Only”? Is there a performance hit if I do this? Should I be very selective about which lights I set to “Auto” versus “Baked Only”? Have I done something wrong in setting up light probes?

Can anyone help clarify? I’ve searched the documentation and looked through youtube tutorials on it but it’s still not clear to me.
