Light Rendered texture looks bad

When I bake light, whatever bake mode or samples i use it still gives a model this strange soap like look. I tried increasing Indirect and direct samples, lightmap size, but I don’t really see the difference. I’m kind of new to light baking, so i might be missing something important. maybe this error has to do something with it?
And also my main reason for baking light was, the problem when changing scenes in-game makes everything darker, so is there any other way to fix this problem, rather then baking lights? i know that building game solves it.

Okay so i Found solution. since my game is low poly, i just turned off global illumination it appears to be quick and just bakes existent light as it is. now if i change scenes light is normal
