Lighting Culling Masks Are Not Working at Certain Camera Angles! Help!

For some reason, suddenly in my scene, none of the lights with “mixed” culling masks will work at certain camera angles. At these angles, it’s as if the culling mask is just shutting off. I have no idea what’s causing this, but I recorded a video linked below. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Having something quite similar. Depending on the angle you look at a mesh(Wall for exemple).
