I have a scene that’s been working fine, but for some reason, the lighting has just all of a sudden started changing colors. I didn’t change anything in the scene, so what’s going on!? Here’s what it’s supposed to look like…
And here’s what’s happening for no reason…
What’s going on, and how do I fix it?
Unity will automatically bake lighting info into the scene by default.
You can see the progress bar on the bottom right in your images.
The final image is actually your final lighting outcome.
Unity will bake lighting again when added new lights or moved some objects.
Wait until the baking progress bar completed then that’s your result.
Before that progress bar finished it’s just a temp looks.
You can also open Lighting tab and uncheck the Auto Bake on the bottom.
So you can manually bake lighting when you need.
