I have a lighting issue where when I look at the lights at a certain angle, they work, but when I look at them normally they don’t. It’s hard to describe, so I’ve attached a video (link) if anyone needs it.

Yeah. I’ve seen this before in my games. I have two solutions that have worked in the past.
- Project Settings > Quality > Increase your Pixel Light Count
- In the Light Component, set Render Mode to Important instead of Auto
Different cases have needed either or both of these but I can’t explain why it’s happening, I’m afraid, but it fixed it for me…
