Lighting issues on model

So I made a simple model for a map and I wanted to add some lights, but the lights look just plain wrong

A picture probably says enough:

As you can see, the point light doesn’t light up on the left side of the lightpoint’s location and the shadows on the right seem a little bit odd and grainy

I must admit, I used a bad and outdated modeling program, so it is possible that the normals went wrong but I’m not sure

Can anybody please help with this?

Try the different normal settings in Unity’s model import settings.
