I’ve been looking for a while and can’t really seem to find out why this is happening. Any help would be good. Thanks!
That is “Shadow acne”. It would take me some time to describe, so I’ll just tell you how to fix it and leave a link.
These are the 3 best ways (in order) to fix shadow acne:
- Change the “normal bias” and “bias” under “shadow type” on your Light component casting the shadows
- Change your Shadow Cascade settings in quality settings
- Lessen the difference between shadow near-plane and far-plane in quality settings

Please do explain it.
Actually, this isn’t shadow acne, this is because you’re using the standard shader for your glass and not using soft shadows for your main light. The standard shader uses stippled shadows for transparency, which look good with soft directional shadows, but not so great with hard shadows. Try selecting your glass meshes and turning off shadow casting.
If you want to know more about shadow acne I suggest you do a search on the forums or google (it’s not an issue unique to Unity). It really is a big topic to get into to fully understand.
