Lighting not working in WebGL

Hello,

I created an scene asset bundle, and loaded that from remote server in my game running in WebGL on FireFox.

I also ran the same inside the Unity Editor.

I notice that the same asset bundle loaded into the Editor looks totally black (all lights seems to be off), while the same thing running in the browser is fully lit up somehow.

Im trying to make the scene dark, but something is keeping the lights on when the same scene asset bundle is loaded in the browser.

Does anybody know what can cause that?

Thanks

Does the scene work if you deploy your scene to Unity WebGL, without using asset bundles?
I would suggest to check Quality Settings for WebGL and make sure real-time GI is disabled.

Hello Marco,

Thanks for the response, it seems that its not working anymore even in the editor (strange it worked in the editor before now it stopped).

I select “lighting” from the window menu, and I unchecked everything in that for all the scenes, and rebuilt all the scene bundles for all the scenes, im assuming unchecking everything in the lighting window will somehow turn off the Global illumination (since i know absolute zero about it, i dont even know how to turn it on or off).

However while Unity was rebuilding my 8 scene bundles (after i unchecked everything in lighting), i noticed that the check marks in the lighting window turns on and off at random times during the build, i dont know if that caused the scene to be lit all the time when I run it?

Also i read there is a light attached to the scene camera, maybe thats causing the light? but I dont see anything about lighting on the camera.

I just need the scene to be dark, with some small scene lights turned on only, but everything is as bright as day when i run it.

Thanks
