Lighting Problem - black pixels

I have this pixelisation issue before/after having baked the lights in my scene. It seems to be coming from some of the point lights in the scene. Baking at a lower lightmap resolution does seem to help.

Myself and my college group have tired to find a solution but we’ve had no luck. This is a HDRP project. Any suggestions or info will be much appreciated!

Might be related to tile/cluster rendering. I think it would make sense to ask this in the HDRP sub-forum.
