So im loving the way my scene is looking in deffered rendering but it seems to be ignoring my lightmaps and doing real time shadowing no matter what i do. Iv tried everything from turning off realtime shadows (in the lights to auto, and baked only), new materials ( even the lightmap material) , re-importing geo. Am i crazy or does deffered lighting not do lightbaking only shadows??? it also is blowing out my materials where forward rendering looks nice and the deffered blows out the brights (making it supper bright).
could anyone explain what is going on here or what differed might be doing?

If you only want lightmaps with no dynamic shadows then switch the lightmapper to single lightmaps instead of dual lightmaps. Here’s a link to the lightmapping documentation:
