Lightmapped Mesh not displaying baked lighting information

I have a mesh that’s set to lightmap static, has lightmaps, with lights that are set to baked, and also static (because I was running out of things to try). Realtime GI is disabled. I’ve tried baking it in multiple new scenes with the same results. I’m at a loss for why this mesh won’t display lighting correctly, or at all for that matter. The bright light on the left is a spot light and the soft light on the right is a point light. As you can see, they both light the floor just fine, which is just a default plane. But the model remains unlit.

I even found the lightmap that is being baked from it with the lighting information that it should be getting, but it isn’t showing up. I’m pulling out my hair here. Please help.

I’m still hoping for an answer for this. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t been able to figure out why it’s happening. I’m using a standard metallic-alpha shader, which I read the values for which need to be set to somewhere below .8, which I did, but is still not working.
