Lightmapped Shaders in legacy category?

Hi there,

I noticed today that lightmapped shaders have been moved to the legacy category. I’m using a few lightmapped shaders in my iPhone project and I know they are a little heavy but now I’m thinking that there must be a good alternative, if they are now considered to be “legacy”.

Does anyone know a better shader that I could be using to get the same effect?

They are legacy in that they don’t use Unity’s built-in light mapping system. They are included because people not using the new system still need support for old style light maps.
