Lightmapping and hollow object

Hi,

I have a fence with hollow parts between poles (left screen). I usually display it with a cull face off transparent shader.

When I bake the lightmap and use the shader “Legacy Shaders/Lightmapped/Diffuse”, I get a complete opaque shadow (right screen).

Is it possible to make Beast casts hollow shadows on the plane, taking into account hollow parts of the fence?


Yes, just use one of the built-in shaders from the Transparent/Cutout family on the fence and bake.
