As you can see in the screenshot, some places in the map have patches as if a red or green light were shining on them. In some places its purple or pink. Overall, the map looks good, but then some patches look like this. I have tried both CPU and GPU progressive bakes, but both had this issue. It was slightly better when I increased Lightmap size to 2048, but still no fixed. If someone could point out what is causing this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
It looks like the issue might be related to overlapping UVs or improper lightmap UV setups. Check if your lightmap UVs are properly unwrapped and ensure there’s no overlap. Additionally, artifacts like this can result from low lightmap resolution in specific areas. Increasing the resolution or tweaking the lightmap padding might help resolve these color patches.
