lightmapping settings

hello.
I have this problem. My items are made in c4d, fbx imported and set up in unity.
Here, my land, made up of several “plots” I have a problem. At each junction between the plots, I end up with artifacts as if there was a space between the plots. Outside, there is nothing. This problem happens when the camera is at an angle fairly close to the ground.
My settings are on fantastic with AA and all settings at maximum.
PICS :

Of course, my action in c4d and unity are “perfect”. No cents after the decimal point that can cause problems.

any ideas?
THANKS

please

I don’t get what the problem is. The lightmap UVs are a bit misaligned, but that doesn’t necessarily result in the lightmaps having artifacts.

I guess I also really don’t understand what I’m supposed to be looking at in the first picture, please clarify.

the thin white lines that can be seen in the middle of the image.
They are visible when the camera is at ground level. These lines are located at the junction between two sites created in C4D and then placed in unity. Measurements in C4D are perfect and the distance between the two land in the unity is.
a view from above or at an angle that grazes off the ground, these lines do not appear.
those are the lines that I have a problem. It has no place.
they are there as if there was a gap between the different sites when there is none.

sorry but i use google translate
