Lightmapping terrain gives black chunks

Everytime my lightmapping is done I get these weird unfinished lightmaps of my terrain. I haven’t found anything of a solution in other threads about lightmapping so i’m posting this here. My version if Unity is 5.1.2f1

Is there something wrong with my terrain that causes this?
