Lightmapping, What is this Issue?

Hello. Im running Unity 2022.3.6f1, And trying to use Lightmapping, but I seem to be running into issues with lightmapping.
I’ve looked at the lightmapping troubleshoot post, but nothing looked like this…

I’ve included screenshots, and the settings im using for the lightmapping.

I’ve tried BOTH GPU and CPU based baking for lightmapping.
I’ve also cleared my GI Cache multiple times.
It looks like the lightmaps are corrupted?

Any Idea Ladies and Gents?

Seems like your UVs are bad. You should either prepare UVs manually, or let Unity generate them in the mesh import inspector.

AcidArrow has solved a LOT of failed projects, Unity Reinstalls, and other issues for the last 3 #$^%ing weeks!
Thank you so, so, so much!
For others that may stumble onto this issue, and need a fix for the issue I posted above, here is what to do.
Refer to the included Image here for where things are.

When you import assets from the store, or from anywhere, after they are imported, and chilling in your project, go to the actual FBX file of the model thats having the corrupted lightmap issues.
Click on the file, and find “Generate Lightmap UVs”

Now, any prefabs, or anything in your project using that .FBX mesh will render and overlay properly with baked lightmaps.
