Lightmapping without Directional Light

Hey guys,

I have been trying to grasp the idea and process of lightmapping and kind of have it grasped already.

However, all tutorials include directional light in the scene, while my game has no directional light but numerous spot lights and area lights.

While I am trying to do lightmapping in order to bake the lights, I also want to have realtime shadows casted from dynamic objects.

I am using Unity 2017 (beta) and I cannot understand how exactly I should work around it. I set all lights to mixed and I am under the lightmap process at this moment.

Any clarification about the new beta and the new properties on the new lightmapping will be greatly appreciated!
