My lightmaps are blue. Is this because of the ambient light in the scene? What do I need to change so they aren’t blue? And is there a way to edit the existing lightmaps or will I have to re-do them? Thanks.

Is this with Beast? Or are you baking your lightmaps externally and importing them as EXR files?
If the latter, there is a bug with alpha channel handling that causes this kind of thing. You’ll need to open the EXR files in Photoshop and delete the alpha channel.
Its in unity with beast. It seems like if I try to lightmap a scene more than once i’m having problems. This was the 2nd time, the first was OK, but I needed to tweak some things. I cleared them and tried again, this time they were in color! Is this a bug? I am bringing the FBX files in through MAX. How can i fix this?
