Lightmaps seem to be buggy when I build my project

Hi,

I have some strange behavior of my lighting when I build my project.
Anyone had already this bug?
I’m using Unity 5.3.4f1, export windows build for DX11.

I have seen something similar, restarting my PC is what fixed it.

Unfortunately, it still happen, even with 5.3.5 freshly released, look:

Lightmaps are fucked up when I build my project.
All is well rendered in the Editor.

Nobody had this?
