Lightprobes removing and Sky bug?

In addition to the SkyBlend setting, the blendprobes renderer is also applied to the Sky fresnel.
I removed sky specular shader code and add vary big reflection probe.
And I removed all lightprobes, and use irradiance cubemap.
Maybe They also do that.

Could you please submit a bug report with reproduction steps and more details about what you expect to happen and what is actually happening?
