Lights do not render at all after upgrade to 2021.1

I upgraded to version 2021.1 to take advantage of realtime lighting shadows but it seems my lights dont render at all in the scene. I’m also using URP and my target platform is iOS for mobile which I’m sure has something to do with it but I’m not sure what settings have changed or what I have to update - below is what my scene looks like currently.

Hopefully its a simple fix but I’m a bit lost. I’ve tried changing to baked mode and changed a few settings but nothing works. Anyone have an idea on what i can do to fix this?

I don’t know if this is the answer but after looking online, the problem might be your near plane setting, it’s set to zero. I think this is the setting that does not light anything outside the near plane. I don’t know if this is answer but give it a try.
