Lights go out of place in play mode

Since I connected the Quest, the traffic lights and cars are out of place in play mode and move as the view moves, as if they were tracked, any solution?

how those lights and markers are done?
(if its some kind of decal or projector, maybe they don’t support vr)

are you using Birp/URP/hdrp?
