Lights no longer work after removing lightmaps

I tried to lightmap my scene to increase performance. After giving it a couple of tries, I wasn’t happy with the results and decided to go back to realtime lighting. I deleted my lightmaps but all of the lights I created no longer work. The only objects that they are applying light to are the object that were not marked as static before I did the lightmapping. I have tried activating/deactivating the lights, but nothing seems to make a difference. I have attached an image of what I am seeing. The lightmapping window shows no lightmaps and the Lighting GameObject is active (along with its children). Any ideas?

After messing with the rendering path settings (but still returning to forward lit), I hit the clear button again in the lightmapping window. Although there were no lightmaps and I had hit it before, my lights started working again. Must have been a bug.

This is happening to me as well in 2021.3.11f1. Still looking for a solve. After clearing baked data, I can no longer preview any previously used baked lights (even if I change them to realtime). I can make a new light, set it to baked, and see a preview, but none of my old lights.
