Lightsources disabling eachother


I have a question about the lighting in unity.

When i am having 2 lightsources on the same cube/plane, the stonger light tend to outshine the weaker light. I know that stronger lights tend to outshine weaker lights, but it feels like it just turns the weaker light off. And if i turn up the weaker light, the stronger light then is turned down for.

It is rather annoying when i am working with multiple lightsources.
