Lincense revoked and can't create new one - impossible to use Unity

My personal license was revoked suddenly without apparent reason and hub will not allow me to create new personal license. It says:

“Your Personal Edition license was revoked because you company might have a paid subscription. Contact your system administrator or you organization’s account owner to get a valid license.”

And:

“You’re not eligible to get a personal Edition license because your company might have a paid subscription. Contact your system administrator or your organization’s account owner to get a valid license.”

I am currently not part of any company and I do not meet the criteria for Pro license.

Restart or reinstall did not help, I was using latest version (3.9.1 I think), but tried older versions too . I can’t use Unity right now.

try visiting this website, you have all information there about your account and the licenses you have access to

are you using Company email?
Or connected from company network?

I am using personal email, connected from home network. In the past I have used company email (which was their requirement), but when I left the company I changed it back to my own email.

I suspect this is the culprit of the problem, because I have had similar issue in the past. It seems that they (Unity) have 2 places where they store email which are not synced, and when you change your email in the web admin, the other place keeps the old email. In the past I resolved it with Unity customer support, but today they have a statement on the support page that they respond in 2 months time…
