Or how should I answer that?

Consider using https://www.datarequests.org/company/unity3d/, which in turn redirects the user to that email.
This just doesn’t work, I got an Email saying " * Policy Declaration - Data Safety Section: “URL provided Unity Technologies ApS: Privacy contact details · datarequests.org does not link to a valid page, missing reference to the app or to the entity (for example, developer, company) named in the app’s Google Play listing.”
And yeah my game got rejected!!!
Is there any other solution?
