I can’t use Muse, I can’t link the organization in my user account

I am Having the same issue and have now lost a day of the subscription!

I’m also having the same issue. In my Unity web account, I have the organization created, but in Unity, it doesn’t appear for selection. Additionally, when trying to sign up for Muse to test it, it asks for the organization, and it doesn’t appear in the list to select

Same issue, i even used muse before on paid for half a year, but took a break. Now after resub i cant make it work. Same problem

Been a muse user since beta, now I too am seeing this organization link error. I hope Unity resolves quickly or at least updates on whta the issues is.

Same issue with personal account.

Just want to start the trial and got this issue.
Sent email for support and the auto reply said it may take up to 2 months to reply due to huge volume…
