Linux build generates .debug files

I wonder what are those files generated with 2019.4.10.f1 and how to get rid of them ?

I"m not in debug mode.

What are the *Player_s.debug files?

Creating a release build for Linux from the Linux editor (2019.4.1f1) produces LinuxPlayer_s.debug and UnityPlayer_s.debug alongside the executable etc. I can't find any documentation of what these files are for, and they're messing up my installation process (because they look like executables). So: what are they, are they necessary (the executable still runs if I delete them), and if not, is there any way to stop them being created?

When a simple checkbox could enable/disable the debug data creation, user should dev a postbuild script for del the file…
