Linux CentOS7 UnityHUB Hangs Indefinitely on Launch

Good morning,

I am trying to install Unity HUB and am not able to make it work. I have tried running from the command line and the cursor goes to the next line and sits indefinitely. The install command I am using is:

sudo ./UnityHub.AppImage

I have marked the file permissions for execution and I am trying to launch the installer from my home folder. I am getting no messages in the log to indicate any issues. I am not certain why this is happening. I have previously had Unity HUB and two Unity Editor versions installed and working but now it will not launch and the installer will not run. I went through the system and tried to uninstall/remove previous package versions but still get the same result.

I appreciate any insights as to why this is happening and/or how to resolve it…

same here… is this supposed to show me a gui ?

Yes, this is the Hub Application which is what everything is connected to and is now required to launch the Unity editor and access the Asset Store from within the editor.
I have unpacked the AppImage file and tried to figure it out but there is a binary executable named unityhub, which is attempting to launch but terminates a few seconds later with no on screen or logged errors or messages at all.
I have had to use an older Windows Laptop for the time being and wish that this gets resolved soon. I just do not think the Linux user group are not large enough in numbers to warrant attention right now. I can understand but still can wish…
