Linux change Default to Vulkan

Please change the default rendering engine for the Editor on Linux to Vulkan.
OpenGL is not good and should be replaced by Vulkan, most Linux users the first thing they do when adding
orr making a new Project is adding --force-vulkan in the launch options, it just runs way better.
Having that as a Default would help more novice Linux users with a better expierence out of the Box.

For those who search need to rename the topic for next tags: Unity Linux Nvidia Wayland X11 Play maximized tooltips problems interface broke artifacts distros Ubuntu Fedora Arch.
Also another way to fix this issue is to switch to Vulkan in build Player settings. Any way thanks for the post!

Method 2

Yeah, I’m on CachyOS as well and I don’t want to change this setting everytime I create a new project unless I really have to. The editor runs much slower when using OpenGL instead of Vulkan… still two years later almost and this is still a problem.

Agree, luckily you can make template projects now
