Nope. I read somewhere before that Unity have no plans of porting to Linux. Because it’s a lot of work to Port and maintain on Linux. If you really must. Try use WINE/Crossover. Though the latter requires you to purchase their license.
Unity has a working (or in development?) NaCl version, which means that at least the web player should work in Linux, as soon as NaCl is enabled by default in Chrome.

As far as I’ve read, there will be no unity linux.
