Lion + XCode4.1+ Unity - Application Pause On Splash

Hey guys,

Pulling my hair out here, ive recently upgraded to a new MBP + Lion, plus xCode4.1.

Ive spent days struggling but finally got it to build onto my phones after going through provisioning problems and build problems.

Now… I build the app and it runs, loads up the splash screen and this is the following output (whicih im sure is ignoreable)

I have tried deleting 4.3.5 and re-collecting all the data. This hasnt worked either.

done a blank build and it runs just fine. If i create a blank scene in the current project that im trying to get running, it doesnt work.

Did you have any luck fixing this, I’m now getting the same / similar error

then it crashes.

I’m currently having the same problem as well. I’m upgrading to the latest Unity release. I was trying to hold off, but this is worth a shot I suppose.

Someone said to add libxml2.dylib as a framework. I did that and nothing changed, so if you see that “hot tip” you might want to forgo trying it since it didn’t fix things for me.

I have Snow Leopard, publishing to iPad2 and was testing on 3.4.0xxx. Just upgraded to 3.4.1 and will publish results here in a few.

I think I had the wrong Xcode installed. I downloaded it and thought I had installed it, but I think there was a difference between what was set as the SDK in Unity and the iOS. I honestly feel like something happened in the Xcode install the first time. You might want to try installing the latest Xcode again.

I have my build building and running. I have a different issue, but I don’t think it’s related.

I had to uninstall the “Install Xcode” app from my applications folder to install Xcode. I also had to set the SDK AND Build Targets to 4.2. I was trying to build to 4.3 and that wasn’t happening and I’m sure there’s a good reason for it.
