Turbosquid also have a fair bit of free stuff, though quality of course varies.
Plus, it’s worth checking out free stuff on the Unity Asset Store.
Take a look at Kenny. There are quite a few sprite and sound assets in the public domain and more keep getting posted.

There are some great free assets out there, but be careful. If by royalty free, you mean no royalties but also free to download, you must still obey the licensing strictly, and some assets that are free can mean “free to use in a non-commercial application” or “free to use for a free app”, etc. They may also be royalty free only after purchasing the full version but free to use during development. I’m not familiar with all of these websites, so the listed sites here may all be completely royalty free with no restrictions, but some of them probably offer the content owners the ability to set their own licensing, so it’s something you don’t want to just grab a bunch of free stuff without reading the detailed license of each item. You don’t want them coming after your profits if you sell millions. 
By the way, I like pond5.com for music, short music clips, and sound effects.
